UNDERSTANDING THE ACT OF LOVE MAKING (SEX 101) PART 3

Phase 3: Orgasm
This is consider one of the most important phase of sexual intercourse. It’s the climax of the sexual response cycle, the shortest of the phases and generally lasts only a few seconds. Here the body explodes into intense physical contractions and the individual experience an 'unquantifiable' excitement which some refer to as CLOUD 9 EXPERIENCE. It’s easily achievable in men. However women can experience multiple orgasm in one sex cycle but men can’t.
Features of this phase include:
Generalized involuntary muscle contractions in the body begins. There’s spasm in the muscle of the feet
The blood pressure, heart rate and breathing are at their highest rates, with a rapid increase intake of oxygen.
There is a sudden, forceful release of sexual tension.
In the woman:
·         Rhythmic muscular contractions in the uterus, the, clitoris, outer vagina, buttocks and sphincter around the anus
·         Some women expresses secretion from their urethra during this stage
·         A rash or "sex flush" may appear over the entire body. This occurs in 50-70% of women
In Men
·         Orgasm in men occurs in two stages. In the first stage contractions pushes semen into the urethra
·         In the second stage, rhythmic contractions of the muscles at the base of the penis result in the ejaculation of semen.
·         A rash or "sex flush" appear over the entire body in about a quarter of men
As climax reaches its peak, muscles contractions intensifies and last longer than usual in the buttocks, feet and pelvis in both men and woman and the face is often characterized by facial contortions and deep frowns giving some people what is referred to THE MUMU FACE OF SEX.
Some individuals also let out some gibberish talk, moan or uncoordinated word at the peak of Climax

Phase 4: Resolution
Here the body gradually returns to its normal unaroused state in both sexes, however some women may return to the orgasm phase with further sexual stimulation and may experience multiple orgasms.
Men undergo a refractory period after orgasm a sort of recovery time during which they cannot reach orgasm again. This recovery time varies among men and changes with age
In women, the vagina lips returns to normal color, the vagina shortens in length and the clitoris and breasts return to their usual size. The fast heart rate and breathing returns to normal.
In men erection disappears in two stages. Initially, as orgasmic contractions pump blood out of the penis, there is partial loss of stiffness. In the second stage, blood flow returns to normal levels, the testes decrease in size and drop away from the body. The heart rate and breathing also returns to normal.
