UNDERSTANDING THE ACT OF LOVE MAKING (SEX 101) PART 1

Discussions on Sex is a very sensitive issue especially in the African setting where it’s abnormal to discuss such without been labelled promiscuous or a person lacking morals.
However without sentiment, sexual intercourse is an essential part of Human existence and survival as a whole.
The benefit of sex cannot be overemphasize as it promotes the continuous existence of mankind, serves as a form of exercise, eases stress, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, help burn calories, boost bladder control in women, improves cardiovascular health, promotes spousal bonding, boost self-esteem and helps in improving general well-being.
Studies in the past have shown that Men who have frequent and adequate sex are at low risk of prostate cancer. Also a women tends to exhibit certain radiance after a bout of good sex. Little wonder a woman who recently had a round of good sex can easily be picked out in a crowd.

So many marriages have crashed because of issue relating to sexual intercourse.
Calabar women are said to have very good control of their Men because of their ‘overrated Bedroom’ skills.
I have heard Bachelor and Spinsters alike talk about the fear of getting hooked up with a future partner not skilled in the act of Love making.

The subject of sex is so broad that it might be hard for one to talk about in this write-up, so I will just go ahead to teach you the Basic of sexual intercourse.
I will start by discussing the physiology behind sexual intercourse and will touch slightly on the changes that occur in both partner during and after the act. Also some problem associated with each phase will be discussed.

NEW SPECIES OF HUMANS EMERGES: HOMO OBESUS

In the scientific theory of evolution, Gorillas and other apes are believed to be ancestors to humans. Over millions of years there was sophistication in the gross anatomical architecture and neuronal framework and we eventually adapted and evolved to fit into our Modern environment.
I was taught in Social Studies that the earlier species man's evolution were: Homo habilis, man with ability, after which emerged Homo erectus, man with an Upright posture and finally came Homo Sapiens, Man with Intelligence.
Our ancestor were both strong and well-built to survive the harshness of their environment and you will angry with me they were stronger and more fitted for mother earth. They made use of basic tools to survive their harsh environment and survived as the Primal Living thing in the food chain despite the presence of vicious and stronger animals.
With development and modernization one would have expected sophistication in both the gross anatomy and neuronal built of the Modern man. However only the Brain Power seems to be developing as there has been rapid decline in the anatomic sophistication of the Human race.
A new kind Homo species have evolved: THE HOMO OBESUS.
This species aside from not been pleasant to behold, are also saddled with countless health dilemmas including hypertension, diabetes, stroke, arthritis etc. This ultimately result to poor quality of life and eventually low life expectancy.
Obesity (HOMO OBESUS) is among the number one cause or risk factor for many preventable non communicable disease. It has crept up into our society and now living with us like a close relative. Hardly do you walk pass 10 people on the street this days without running into at least ‘Homo Obesus’ specie.

Recent fact on Obesity by WHO global estimates shows
  • In 2014, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. Of these over 600 million were obese.
  • Overall, about 13% of the world’s adult population (11% of men and 15% of women) were obese in 2014.
  • In 2014, 39% of adults aged 18 years and over (38% of men and 40% of women) were overweight.
  • The worldwide prevalence of obesity more than doubled between 1980 and 2014.
Other Facts
  • In the US Obesity rates were highest among Black (47.8 percent) adults, followed by Latino (42.5 percent) and White (32.6 percent) adults and lowest among Asian American (10.8 perfect) adults.
  • 3 out of 5 black women are said to be obese
This trend will keep going up if nothing is done about this preventable nightmare.
The change to halt this anomaly entirely depends on us.
ENSURE YOU KNOW YOUR WEIGHT TODAY AND COMMENCE MEASURES TO SHED THAT UNWANTED FAT!!!

CALL ON NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO INCLUDE CUTTING OF THE 'PENIS' AS PUNISHMENT FOR CHILD MOLESTERS

I really can't Imagine what goes on the mind of perverts.
How Does a grown ass Man get any pleasure raping a Child?
The news of some men raping a 5 and 2 1/2 years old girl in India and other similar reports here in Nigeria get one really wondering what goes on in the minds of these child molesters.
I really don't understand how a man get an erection raping a mature woman let alone a child.Such act is Subhuman and deserves severe punishment.
Penectomy , a surgical amputation of the Penis or death sentence should be signed into law as punishment for such act. Sex offenders, especially those who rape Children should not only be castrated, but have the whole of their penis removed too.

If the offender happens to be a woman, a pharaonic circumcision or infibulation of the vaginal should be carried out on her. It's also known as Type III female genital mutilation by W.H.O. This will involve the removal of the inner and outer labia, and the suturing of the vulva..
The Clitoris should also be amputated and corrosive substance poured into the vagina opening. An Hysterectomy should also be added.
This will curtailed future attempt to molest. It will also acts as a deterrent to those who would commit it, as the punishment is permanent and well-fitting of the crime committed.
I challenge law maker to sign into law this penalty for rape in Nigeria and the world at large

I'm optimistic that such penalty if Implemented will contribute immensely towards making the World a Better Place for All
